1. A basic set of scuba equipment and dive regulator, we can provide you this if you do not have your own gear, we will also be happy to help you purchase a set from a local supplier if you wish. Snorkeling gear for the non diving option and an underwater photo system (We can hire you this if required).

Your Certification Card

We will help you fill out the Personal Identification Card to be sent to PADI along with a passport photograph. We will also issue you with a temporary card that is valid for 90 days. That should be plenty of time to receive your shiny new certification card from PADI.

If you wish, at the time of sending the PIC, you can also request a PADI Project Aware emblem on your card, by making a small donation to this organisation.

Your Next Adventure

Two excellent specialties to pair with underwater photography are the PADI Enriched Air Diver course, and the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy course on your way to PADI Master Scuba Diver. The PADI Enriched Air Diver course allows you to extend your time underwater so you have more time to capture images. In cooler climates, a dry suit allows you to dive comfortably longer, and to make more dives.

You may also find the Peak Performance Buoyancy course gives you helpful tips to optimize your weighting and skills so you’ll be in better position to capture that perfect picture.
